Seminar on HIV/AIDS regulation in China and its impact on key affected populations

The China Programme welcomes you to a seminar with Professor Lin Jia, Vice-Dean of Renmin Law School and the Director of labour law and social security law institute of Renmin University, on Chinese HIV/AIDS regulation and its impact on key affected populations.

In her presentation Prof. Lin Jia will talk about the current situation and trends of HIV/AIDS affected people in China as well as analyse the Chinese legislation regarding this group. Further, she will introduce empirical research results from a study she has done on the influence of HIV/AIDS legal system on the target population in Henan and Yunnan province including providing suggestions on how to improve this legislation in China.
