Visiting Scholars Program, International Center for Studies of Chinese Civilization at Fudan University

The International Center for Studies of Chinese Civilization (ICSCC) is a platform for research in the advancement of new approaches to studies on Chinese civilization and cross-cultrual exchange among global academic community. Supported by Fudan’s strength in the humanities, ICSCC strives to create a resident research community to engage in research projects concerning Chinese civilization.
Applicants for the program should:
-be under 50 years of age.
-have received the doctoral degree and hold a faculty position at a recognized university or be a regular member at an established research institution outside of China.
-conduct research relevant to Chinese civilization, preferably traditional Chinese civilization.
The ICSCC Visiting Scholar Program is a long term program that runs through the whole academic year.
They receive application all year round, and will process the application by April 30 and October 31.
