Chinese mega-cities in the world: Challenges, opportunities and consequences of global positioning strategies
All in all around 30 academics from China and Scandinavia will attend the China Symposium 2012 which will feature a combination of keynote speeches, presentations by the symposium participants and interactive workshops.
The symposium will focus on three main themes:
1. Chinese mega-cities in global competition
2. Strategies, governance and legitimacy
3. City branding in East and West: Learning from each other
