Cristina Chaminade is Associate professor in Innovation Studies at CIRCLE and affiliated to LEAP4D - Learning Economy Analysis for Development. She holds a PhD in Economics. She coordinates the project "Emerging trends in Asia: from low cost producers to innovators". http://www.lu.se/circle/staff/chaminade-cristina Dr. Jan Vang is currently associate professor in globalization of technology at the Copenhagen Institute of Technology, Aalborg University, in Copenhagen, Denmark. He holds a PhD from Lund University and a M.Sc. and B.Sc. from University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on the evolution of the global division of labour in R&D/innovation. Theoretically, this is analyzed by combining insights from the literature on global business/strategy and innovation systems. Special attention is paid to Scandinavia and Asian countries and to the software and film/media industries.
