DuXiu is a search engine specializing in Chinese academic materials based on a huge database of full-texts and metadata on scholarly resources from the early the 1930s to the present in all subjects and formats including books, ‎articles from periodicals, graduate theses and dissertations, and conference proceedings, etc. Due to copyright ‎restrictions, readers have different levels of content access. Some documents can be seen directly online full-text, some have to be requested as document delivery rather than document ‎downloading. For instance, users can preview first 20 pages and make online requests for a limited amount of contents ‎from an item: no more than 50 pages of one book/time, or maximum 20% of the total number of pages/week, or maximum 1000 pages/month.Link is valid for 20 days.
