The Dara Centre for the Arts, a cultural institution celebrating the civilizational ethos of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh, has paired up with Voices from the Vally, a cultural dialogue initiative by students at Columbia University, to institute a fifteen day long fellowship for the dissemination of ideas and intercultural exchanges between local and visiting students.
