Asia in Focus has found a new home at the Centre for East and South-East Asian Studies, Lund University! After several years of expert management at the Nordic Institute for Asian Studies, Copenhagen University, the journal has moved across the Öresund to Sweden.
The new editors aim to maintain the emphasis helping early-career researchers publish high quality articles. They will ensure authors receive in-depth feedback on their work, in order to enable them to reach a high standard. They thus demand a high standard from our authors, both in original submission, but especially where authors are invited to resubmit.
The journal publishes Asian Studies research broadly conceived, including both humanities and social sciences, but not linguistics.
