- Develop and coordinate the collaboration between the member universities, Fudan University and other Chinese universities.
Coordinate and be involved in the implementation of established strategies
Develop, operate and organise the activities arranged by the Nordic Centre,

All tasks are performed in close collaboration with representatives of Fudan University and employees at the International Centre at the University of Gothenburg, where other secretariat functions are located.
We are looking for you who have a master’s degree from a Nordic university and experience working with international educational and research collaborations or equivalent. Work experience in China or in a Chinese context is preferred. You are accustomed to process-based working and have a documented ability to express yourself in English and Chinese. You have also worked in situations where anchoring questions in a pedagogical manner is essential.
You are self-motivated and work well both independently and with others. You have strong communication and analytical skills, plus – in dialogue with others – a strong drive to put ideas into practice. You are also interested in international issues and value meeting and contacts with students and staff.
The employment is a temporary employment until 31st December 2022, with an extent of 100 % of full time. You will be employed at International Centre, University of Gothenburg, but you will be stationed abroad at Nordic Centre in Shanghai, China. Starting date is 1 January 2021.
