January 23, 2014 - 17:00-19:00

Lecture by Dr. Nandani Lynton
Working and negotiating with Chinese leaders is important to almost every business today. What are the hallmarks of Chinese business leaders, how have they evolved, and are there identifiable types? What are the major differences between Chinese and Western European leaders? What are the current relevant business pressures and some solutions? What is the prognosis? This presentation draws on long experience working in organizations, teaching and doing research in China on Chinese and Western leaders in different contexts and from different generations.
