On 25 March, University of Turku and University of Helsinki will have an online information session to introduce Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) to Mandarin learners. The test is created by the Steering Committee for the Test of Proficiency, under the Ministry of Education of Taiwan in 2003. It is possible to do the test in simplified Chinese. In Sweden, for example, the test has been held for ten years. If you wish to know about the test, its usage, and difference between HSK and TOCFL, please join us in this online event. Stacy Huang of the Education Division of Taipei Mission in Sweden will present the test and you may ask her questions directly!
