The Foreign Affairs Institute (UI) and National Defense College invites you to an open seminar about the idea of war and todays interventions.

Caroline Holmquist, researcher and lecturer at The Foreign Affairs Institute will present her new book Policing Wars; Military Intervention in the Twenty-First Century. She and Ivar Ekman from P1 will discuss how the interventions in Afghanistan and Iraq have influenced the recent debate about military interventions.
