The Institute for Security and Development Policy invites to this event about the current situation in Taiwan.

The pressure from mainland China on Taiwan has reached dangerous levels in recent months, especially since Senator Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House of Representatives, visited Taiwan.

In a digital conversation with Jing Bo-jiun, Research Fellow at ISDP, the Swedish journalist Jojje Olsson will tell us about the current mood on the island. Jojje Olsson has lived in Asia since 2007 and in Taiwan since 2016, from where he reports for the Swedish newspaper Expressen and publishes a newsletter on China. He is the author of six books covering Chinese and Taiwanese politics.
